frankly speaking, i dun tink is THAT ugly. the stickers though can be considered quite out of place, but quite cute to put it there come on... it's ur mum's effort!! my mum dun even help me! i just got a box with doggie photos on it and use it as ang bao box coz i dunno how to wrap and nobody can help me after dat then my ex colleagues said i shd have asked them... it's the sincerity ok? it is not UGLY tink she wanted it something like romantic kind with lots of heart shapes

really?? i didnt know abt the skirtings!! some of the uncle's idea i really find old fashion and didnt really like it... glad dat we will be meeting the other contractor 2morow. guess this contractor will have more designer blood in him... not dat i want designer stuff but at least some practical with some designs and most impt of all, cosy...

no skirting oso nice?? hmm... my fren says so too the previous contractor wants us to do wooden skirting this morning my sis told me she removed her skirting away coz the wood and the cement doesnt blend tog!! and there're holes for the ants etc... and the colour fade over time and if in contact with moisture (while mopping), will cause the wood to rot!! i thot dat uncle is a practical contractor! still enforce such impractical idea on us! the point abt cupboards etc sounds logical too... got any photos to see?

or isit because of several failed attempt to get a flat and they just jump at this "chance"? but in the first place, they shd check their finances coz getting a flat for marriage is only 1 of the few heavy spendings!! they shd have calculate the estimated amt to pay each month even if they managed to get a loan. think before committing...
