but the pipe laying no short cut leh. contractor said something like cant drill another hole through the beam and have to use original. anyway.... if i put the mixer to only hot, it is extremely hot. then i slowly turn to let in cold water. it becomes ok....then suddenly cold. give up. dont know where's the cut off point.
