Updates

Study table: Initial plan was to get a 2.46m table top from ikea but too bad unable to self carry and the delivery charge is scary, 75 dlrs delivery charge for a piece of plastic! In the end settle for this, 1.2m table top. Bought 2 and will be joining them as 1 Consolation for this arrangent is that next time the kids got their own room, the study table can shift with them

Got this panasonic from expo sales today. Love the tough screen, saw how hard the staff hit it but still in one piece. Claimed to be made in japan, free installation n bracket. came free with a 7 inch tablet ( don't know what brand).

Mbr and 2 bedroom. Some told us that my kids room is bigger. So we guess we need 12k btu for kids room and 9k btu for the other two room. The tricky part will be running of the water outlet pipe. Can u quote us for unlimited piping. Copper pipe at least g22, 1/2 inch insulation n 16mm outlet pipe. Hope to hear ur reply soon, my hse going to do plaster soon Living Room/ Master bedroom
