  1. Hi, just pmed you their facebook link Have fun
  2. Still could not manage to upload photos to system until now! Really can't understand it's that difficult. But anyway, was surfing around and happen to see my house photo's on my contractor facebook gallery under 3 room HDB at Ang Mo Kio with full revamp. Maybe these photos could provide some ideas for sharing with 3 roomers club. Enjoy Excuse me for my poor computer knowledge.
  3. Hi shorty, We engaged them for our 3 room full renovation works last year. We appreciate their excellent services and workmanship provided. They made our renovation journey a very smooth one and all works are very well co-ordinated and supervised Highly recommended. We have no regrets engaging them. It's been over more than a year after renovating and everything still looks great.
  4. That is really very scary! $133k cov for 5 room.wonder how many can afford. Congrats on your newly bought home, you must have a real liking to this place.
  5. Tell your contractor to use water based solvent to varnish once sand down which costs more but with no odour. It is really good
  6. Try sim lim tower, offer cheap and good LED downlight which one shop told me they are using samsung parts which is very much better. Dun know how true it is but seems major difference comparing with those normal china made
  7. Totally agree with you, I'm using Burmese Teak wood which is very good quality and lasting.....So far so good, its more than a year, no scratches yet and some times water were spilled over for hours without knowing and it was not damaged.....Lastly the colour is rich and the feeling is very good for real wood. I did consider over laminate flooring to save some costs but my contractor advised me not to.....In the end, i went for Burmese Teak.....Highly recommended for long term
  8. Hi dexterou, That's what i thought too but its not true, those wired mesh glass are the olden designs. I remembered that my contractor ever told us for toilet windows, HDB require glass with those wired mesh for safety reasons. As we decided to have a modern look, he installed top hung window panel with sandblasted laminated glass for us in both toilet and it requires to apply for HDB permit. The glass comes in sandblasted white and green if i am not wrong. The cost difference is higher but our contractor absorbs the costs as we did a full overhaul to our place. Hee Hee... Hope this helps
  9. Its been very hard for me to upload photos here. I been trying out but still cannot make it! Could any kind hearted here teach me step by step of uploading photos here please! 10. Hi, You can contact Andy at 62879668 So far so good, almost a year, everything still in top condition
  11. Depending on your budget, its best to hack and retile for old flats. Our contractor did a good job for us. Its almost a year since we moved in and everything is still in top condition. Remember to get a contractor you are comfortable with, willing to be honest with you. The cheapest quote may not turn out to be the best followed by many hidden costs!!! Take care and happy reno
