Finally finish posting all my backdate log liao. today went up to my house during lunch time from work.. had to sacrifice lunch.. so poor thing 3 days since i last visit my house... and step in, my mouth open! My False ceiling is up!!!! i noticed nowadays uncle work with shirt on lol! my living room now getting worried that i am not able to put one fan in this area... the box look very small my Window pelmet.. what a big space to sacrifice for curtain. But the effects will look good.. ooo and they didnt forget about my beam from my kitchen. now it looks flush and nice.!

HiHi ahlipz seems many of you all already know where i stay from the view... respect lol. My hacking + tiling is not that expensive. thought of overlay my toilet instead...but think of it i rather spend another sum to re-renovate my two toilet after few year when warranty gone

Hi Toot Nice to find an anime lover too i bought the figurine in akihabara. You would not find much in tokyo. I am not into strong world series my wife are currently buying the series from the newest series of one piece now she just got her zoro the other day. Nice chopper by the way haha

Hi Getzski thanks for the idea We chose the backing in the end as i think it is easier to clean up We need the top cupboard as the design will evolve stay tune for more design hehe same with laminate issues However i getting a little constriant on the design due to our budget now sad.... Pretty things dun come cheap

Hi Striking Do not include the fixture wall and the curtain they are out of our theme colour and this will be change The bar is supposed to be on the right with a width of ard 15 cm long stretch from the divider to my door ard chest level. We are looking to place anime figurine in the box with glass backing as well as photo album on top. Secondly we can add 2 to 3 bar stool which would allow us to make it like a mini bar counter too

Hi Valerie This is not the final design yet there will be 2 more changes which i will try to post tonight. We will be changing the feature wall to woody laminate and curtain to be light beige or brown. Trying to add more woody feature in. Btw we are not doing a walk in wardrobe as our second room will be use for an entertainment room

Sorry still backtracking on my blog. forgive me folks Arranged with citygas to come to my house. decided to lay a gas pipe to my kitchen even though i am not using gas currently and in case my delicooker doesnt serve me well, i have a second option Bronze piping. Would have to pain it white on the left side if not we will see a piping thru my open concept kitchen. Pipe continue to run on the top... thru my service yard to.... MY CITYGAS heater 10 litre per min of flow. FE10 model. Looks cool. Anyone uses citygas heater? hows the flow of hot water. I have experience in my old hse on water storage heat run by electricity and it can only run hot water for like 8-10mins after which the water become cold... Heard that this citygas heater flow of hot water is very constant.

Naruto Figuarts Zero bought in Japan Sasuke Figuarts Zero bought in Japan One piece brothers special bought in Japan Aizen Figuarts Zero bought in SG Ichigo Figuarts Zero bought in SG All these figures will be displayed in my whole house as both me and my wife are manga and anime lovers. Bad thing is that this is a rather expensive hobby as each figurine range up from $40 - $200+ depend on the quality and rareness. Hopefully we have some Figurines lovers over here
