in march, I ordered a set of extra fabric sofa cover + cushion from the same shop that made my sofa few years back. The lady took 6 months to deliver everything to me! everytime I ask for status she will take more than a day to reply. And everytime near agreed delivery date she will give excuse and new date will at least be a month later... what expedite nonsense all bull****!. till I threaten to go CASE and call police and she even go MIA!! ... and just before I called the police, she appeared and assured she won't cheat my $$... but delay continue. I start to suspect she be have mental problem and if I push too hard she may burn my flat! LOL!. And at last after 4 months I manage to force her to deliver the cushion to proof she is sincere or really is working on my order. But again the cover is delayed till sep though eventually I got everything except her apology.
