  2. This cheaters ought to be brought to justice. Cheating consumers of their hard earned money and showing no remorse whatsoever!
  3. No refund from EHG even after SCT awarded refund for me. EHG are big time scammers.

  5. Oh my god! Elson and his excuses are just so lame. This company probably has no items to deliver to customers and must have a big fat book of lies/lame excuses to train its staff. Even after all this time, with many consumers posting their experiences with the company, they continue affecting more customers. Yuanjiun, u have a valid case, I have not received anything from them when I have bought my sofa in Jan this year. You will probably not receive anything except the T loan stuff and bad quality products from them. You have companies like IKEA providing excellent customer service and then, you have Excellence Home Gallery. Consumers continue to deceived by them!

  7. Hi Sanjay, Sorry to hear about this. More and more consumers affected by Excellence Home Gallery Pte Ltd. Empty promises and lame excuses is their trademark. I was very naive in dealing with them in the beginning and got conned by their lies. They will not bother to entertain you until you take action.
  8. Hi Lin82, I have not visited their showroom before but others in the forum have mentioned that it is only a warehouse. My suggestion is, there is no point in negotiating with such people. I have been through their various stages of deception. The company is full of lame excuses and will never deliver. I have waited half a year already! CaseTrust will not be able to help you. SCT is your best option.

  11. hi happystar, I ordered a sofa and paid deposit during furniture show at Singapore Expo on 6 Jan 2012. I was promised delivery of sofa latest by 28 Feb 2012 after Chinese New Year. I received a call from them on 28 Feb 2012 demanding an extension to the delivery date as they claim the sofa shipment is stuck in China. Without much option, I had to agree as they will not return my deposit. On 19 March 2012, as they was no call from them about the delivery, I called to inquire about the delivery. To my great dismay, I was informed by them that the sofa shipment is still stuck in China and they will only be able to deliver on 19 April 2012 earliest. I requested them to return my deposit and they flatly rejected it. I have now sought the help of CASE to assist in this matter.
  12. I am very surprised such a company still exists in Singapore. I have lodged a complain with Case recently and awaiting response from Excellence Home Gallery Pte Ltd. Maybe, all of us should write our experiences with this errand company and send to the newspaper. A very shady furniture company!
