Also, for furniture & electrical appliances, i went to singapore expo to explore and get the feel, they have a lot of show nowadays, went for few shows to see the difference and also some neighbourhood shop, IMM, HNorman, BDenki, courts etc to get the pricing/promotion. Quite surprisingly some neighbourhood shop sell the same electrical appliances cheaper than those big name by at least $250.. (eg: i saw a fridge cost $1.7+, after discount $1.5+, i went to neighbourhood shop, it cost <$1k with all the standard package offered by big name !! the only drawback, cannot pay installment.. haha) As for delivery of items, it usually will take 6-8weeks and u no need to rush coz ur reno may not finish by then..oh, btw, if u need ID, pm me..

Do you do anything to ur laundry system at service yard ? still thinking shall i change mine to those custom made type (ie:pull down) instead of this default pull out from wall... quite difficult to hang cloths..
