Balcony altar table and shoe cabinet. Living room with tv feature wall and console. Kitchen cabinet. 2 Toilet with vanity.

Renovation work had started. Had confirm on my plumbing, windows, ceiling works today.

Tiles & cement had arrived. The tiler only 2 days to hack off all the tiles, walls,kitchen cabinet, toilet bowl etc.... waiting approval for hacking the walls

Finally had started reno my new JUMBO flat. I had been started sourcing for ID firm for more than 4 months. In the end I decided to use sub-con and coordnate all by myself. Most of the ID firm I've source more than 20 companis quoted me very high as I need to total revamp on my new house. No choice buget constrain got to choose sub-con can really save me more than 40-50%.
