Hi, The details for the GP as follows: If 3 sets are purchased. Under the current promotion, each set costs: SGD 624. Under the GP, they are willing to give an additional 5% for the 2nd and third set. Thus the calculation as follows: Cost of 1st set = $624 Cost of 2nd and 3rd set = $(624*2)*0.95 -> for the additional 5% off Total = $ (624 + 1185.6) = $1809.60 Thus on 1 set will then cost SGD 603.20. I agree with this, but the office is opened only during office hours plus Sat its not opened. Thus will make the visit abit difficult.

While I agree that SS backing may be more durable. but cleaning of SS backing, as far as I know, is quite difficult. Anyway like you mentioned, both SS and glass has its pros and cons.

Yup. I also did sink support.... But I think glass backing is easier to maintain compared to Stainless Steel backing. As for tile backing, I feel should be the most tedious to maintain due to the grout between the tiles... If the tiles got pattern, ie, uneven surface, dirt may collect even easier. Thats my 2 cents worth of view....

you may want to check on the design, material, etc. Is there any glass panels etc?

It will be good to see the actual place as from the floorplan, its abt 70-80% close only. But I think it shoudl not deviate that much.

My old palce used to have roman blinds. But for the new place, we decided to install curtains as we felt that the maintenance for roman blinds is abit high. Not easy to clean. Just my 2 cents worth. But it certainly looks nice.
