I just call hdb enquiries hotline. Talk to an officer to complain abt the rain and they will entertain you..i also took photo on of corridor during a raining day to prove to them that the rain splash in badly..

If u call hdb to complain said water splash onto the corridor and wet ur door they will install for u foc but u need to maintain it. At my current house I called to complain said floor is wet they said will install for me

I just got my seller to help me sign one in order for me to start Reno hacking immediately after my completion reason being as permit will take abt 4days to 1week according to my contractor for hacking down the wall.. Don't want any delay for my Reno work.. Even so the owner still ask us to produce a black and white to them saying that we will not start any Reno before completion and they are not liable for anything

When should the seller clear their stuffs for inspection? My 2nd appt was in the afternoon at 5pm. I paid the conservation fee till the date of 2nd appt shouldnt that mean before the 5pm appt i am still the rightful owner? My buyer msg me saying that he already being very nice to let me only shift my thing is the morning before the appt.. I call HDB to check with them that as long as i shift out before the completion even on the very day of the completion is fine..the owner call me unreasonable for even asking to shift in the morning before the completion... My case was, i arranged to shift my items on 10 dec morning to my new place to save on the cost for storage..i cant shift earlier than that as my new house owner dont allow till 10 Dec which was suppose to be the completion date ( they have been nice enough to allow us to shift in the morning)..My FSM advise us to only shift on 11 Dec so i check with my house buyer which was rejected..and his message was "he have been nice enough to allow us to shift on 10dec morning". I was being called unreasonable when i told him i am still the rightful owner before the completion at 5pm...

I actually arrange a day for him to go down to the place as I have not collected my key yet.. But I need him down first as I wanna start my Reno as soon as I get my keys.. Like way multi888 said I find that his ba zhi reading was rather accurate.. But for house audit really need to move in to the house first before I can comment more

One thing I like abt him is the service, very responsive and trying very hard to accommodate my budget by squeezing everything I want into my budget and give me discount for those that can't fit in..

Thanks for the recommendation but I don't really like shower curtain cuz it turn mouldy easily and I have young children at home hygiene wise I will be more careful

Ya i told the contractor any addition i will not have money to pay even by selling my hubby backside..not gonna do anything to the stairs..i have 3 young terror at home if do majoy overhaul is also a waste of money as they will damage them in no time..
