By default its supposed to be one time shopping only but luckily my friend ask me to help him carry some stuff from ikea hence the shopping spree come again...Mostly bought items are toilet mats, salt n pepper shaker, fork/spoon/plates etc etc. Worst still i'm the only person shopping for decor stuffs for my place.

As for your curtains you've already ordered them? If you do, call the person again and see if any changes can be done for the curtain rod. At the same time try informing your ID to keep him in the loop. Btw did you ask your ID about the curtain rods would be able to fit in?

i feel you..I too told him even though its a rushing project and i'm rushing you, i expect a good results & not half @#$% work. Before & after signing i keep emphasizing him this. I guess he's bored/dulan. But i don't give a sheet as i'm the one who's gonna stay there for the next 5 years & not him. He also tell me that Dec is a peak period but to play safe on my part i do ask if he have alot of on-going projects. Bcos if he do i will drop him instantly bcos i don't really want to see work delays given the time frame i had. But thankfully with certain hiccups here and there it went pretty well so far. I don't wish to hurry but due to my current rental is on-going...Its kinda wasting money and at the same time i do hope the end result would be good also. Take a look at some defects above. I do hope it would be resolved. As its my first time doing reno probably i guess i keep hounding him everyday be it there is issues or when there's no one working. Apart from that he told me let him know if anything crops up. Downside is sometimes he's forgetfull. I've told him to make a spare wiring for my laundry system but seems that i didn't see any yesterday. Gonna double check again tomorrow and ask him if there isn't any wiring done for the laundry. Speed wise i got to say i'm impressed due to the co-ordination done by him. I'm only left with 3 more days till i need to move out from my rented place. So i can't let him delay any further. Only thing left now is painting, grills and mirror. I do hope tml there will be alot more work done so that it could ease my mind. Can't wait for my items to arrive tml onwards.

Hence he agree but i do give him additional 1 week due to the time frame is also unfair for him. So thankfully he manage to do it in time as well although starting there was a hiccup.
