Batman, btw i am sis singing ... mmmm, i am replacing each brightness of 28watt ( PLC with two 14 w tube ) with a 9 watt LED , so the energy saving is double right ? There should be ROI in the long term right ? However we are not sure if the brightness is really eqiivalent... we should know by next week when the lights are up

How is the water filtration system ? I did not consider this when i renovate the house. Not sure if it is too late... as i have already fix all the water point. Do u need to intall extra water point for the system or it co share with the "normal " water point? Yesterday i saw 3M water filtration promotion in IKEA bronchure. No sure if it is the same as yours. Appreciate your reply.

Which ICI range did u choose for your interior wall ? We were thinking of going for colors rather than the specific range but heard that "all in one" is better as it allow cleaning and semi sheen ....

I did not use ID but only contractor... what was quoted to me recently was SGd 6200 without detail breakdown like yours... basically is to make good the ceiling for lst and 2nd floor. my built up is 2600 square feet. - made good all the lobang that the electrican and air cond guy "created" - bulit cove light for 2 bedroom and living and L box for dinning. if your include all other area. i suppose the quote is comparable...
