  1. Maybe you should try ask your ID or contractors whether can go that price first anot . That from there you can see what's the best deal around . But honestly it seems quite difficult to reach 20k plus .
  2. Hi all , me and my wife had just finish our beloved home renovations with Summit Design Studio . Hereby Wanna express my many thanks to The designer for helping us construct our dream home so beautifully and warmth . All my relatives came over our house and they were full of praises . Basically here is my experience during the renovation process : 1)Tile area - 8/10 groove line gap small 2)Plumbing area - 8/10 some hole open abit too big 3)Ceiling area - 9/10 fast but a bit messy during process 4)Painting area - 9/10 never use any bangala ( ease my worries cause bangala don't know how to paint nicely ) 5)Carpentary area - 9/10 uses blum hinges and all defects are being rectified as promised . http://www.renotalk.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/#EMO_DIR#/smile.gif 6)Worker area - 8/10 they respect that we hate ciggrettes smell as we are non-smoker and we never see them smoke during our visit to site 7)Material area - 8/10 checked that they use original materials as promised 8)Designer area - 9/10 we like his friendliness and his eagerness to take charge of the project . His designs and knowledge really amazed us . Help us save some money too . Overall we would say Summit Design Studio is worth a ID firm to shortlist for renovation project. Good luck to others who are still in progress of research . Enjoy yourself .
  3. Hi don't mind can you share some advice of what is the best way should us go about selecting the accessories and lightings etc?
  4. It looks like alot of people are doing it also. Thanks slot for the infomation by the way.
  5. After getting and comparing so many quotations from so many ID firm (very tiring process) http://www.renotalk.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/#EMO_DIR#/sad.gif , my wife and I have signed with *** from Summit Design Studio as my wife felt that Johnson was more experienced in knowledge and responsive. Hopefully our renovation project will be a good one. Will update soon when my renovation starts.
  6. Hi can i check if you have already done the Nippon Momento? How is the pricing like?
  7. Hi has anyone of you engaged *** Summit Design Studio ? I have being liasing with him on my renovation quotation and so far compared to other IDs, he is considered more attentive and seems experienced enough to know well of what we want in mind. Kinda comfortable liasing with him but this is my first time doing renovation so is there any reviews or advice I can get from anyone of you before I commit into decision?
