At courts - selling at $499 with chairs its like 'huh sure anot'...it stated tempered glass...but chair like a bit flimsy..my family members all sat on it...but seems ok hhahahha duno can endure for years anot...so a bit of hesitant if i should buy a not.... Check out one of the lighting shops, check out a blind & curtain shop... and last stop ...i went to Royal Fanco... (the red shop caught my eyes) Went in the shop..1st impression was woooo.... small and packed...with a lot of items stacking here and there... A lady (should be lady boss) came up to me and start to explain in details and was able to answer my queries promptly. I was asking about rain shower and another guy (i believe was the boss) also came up explaining and went into their store and bring out their new stock and open up and showed it to me and explained how the mixer works. As this rainshower was on promotion and looked 'pretty' to me, i placed a deposit for 2 sets ehehehehe >.< Summary, both of them were very friendly and really explained to you from A to Z. They do not hard sell and advise what are the main items to get first and for other small items can get it later... I am not advertising for them..just sharing my buying experiences with them... The shop goes by catalogues..and not all items are on display due to the shop space limitation..i can say that their prices are quite reasonable and some items are cheaper.. it was after i left the shop i started to google about their shop and there's positive feedbacks too Will definitely go back again to do more shopping

Great sunny Saturday...decided to go walk around to check out the sanitary & kitchen wares at Jalan Besar area... First stop: Hoe Kee (New World Centre) Friendly salesman, patient and explained a lot of items in detailed... He also mentioned that the selections in this outlet are not as much as their main showroom at Genting Road..recommend me to proceed there if i wanted to view more designs... Saw Blanco sink package: sink with faucet starting from $529 & above..woooooo Browsing through some toilet bowls, sinks, and ask about storage heater...etc etc...etc.. got more knowledge ha (will know what to expect already ha)

Common Toilet wall tiles and floor tiles By the way...anyone had a black toilet / shower area? I chose the above for Master room toilet.. was thinking of having whole shower area black and toilet bowl area white...so it will not look dirty..but on a second tot..whole shower area will look scary? Any comments on black toilet?? Will have the following little mosaics tiles to run along the wall near the toilet bowl as well..

Living Hall + all 3 bed rooms tiles Kitchen Floor tiles This was finally chosen after we tried to step on a few touch here n there ehehehe (matt feel) Forgotten to take a pic of the kitchen wall tiles

After the selection, we decided to proceed with tiles selection! Zann, my ID drove my mum, my bro & gf & me to SBH's showroom.. All of us were so fascinated by the wide selections of tiles..so sua-ku... Here's some pics i took while i was there: i will post more of the tiles we had selected tomolo...need to Just want to say thank you to my ID - Zann as she was really patient throughout the whole selection process as my family members and i kept changing our mind on the colours and designs and also having debates.. Too many people too many opinions okie Gd night!
