    Hi Kelvin, may I know more about Titan Creative? I'm in the midst of looking for a contractor to renovate my new flat. I have heard and seen so many unreliable ones that could not deliver a good quality work that give houseowners lots of problems. It would helpful if you could share your experience and perhaps show your renovated house pictures. Appreciate it and thanks!

    Thanks Martinsin for sharing your renovation experience and pictures. I have gotten a unit in Dew Spring, 4-room, similar to yours. As I was going through your posts and pictures, I was imagining how my flat would look like. I will be collecting my keys next week. Thus I'm looking for a contractor or ID to renovate my place. I have been browsing this website for a few months trying to find useful information with regards to renovation. I noticed people get different experiences with ID companies, even with the same company. I'm contemplating on whether to engage an ID to do the work, or just a contractor as I have tight budget. By the way, I like the black and white wardrobe. It looks really pretty and elegant. I wonder how much have you spent on your renovation with DeFong. If the price is reasonable, I may shortlist them. Hmm.. perhaps if it is inconvenient to state here, send a PM instead. Thanks a lots!

    Hi Dan I really like the design of your renovation. It has a very nice colour scheme, neutral and bright, and matches any kind of furniture. I have the similar floor plan as yours, and have been trying to find a good contractor for my new flat. Would be nice if you could share your contractor's details. Hmm.. would you also mind to share how much it cost you to do up the whole flat? I mean all renovation, fixtures and furnitures. I would like to at least know how much I need to spend as I will have to buy everything brand new. Very much appreciated.
