  1. I will choose bukit pangjang over jurong west. have you seen how crowded jurong east Mrt station gets during peak hours?

segar is ulu like **** indeed but the stretch of flats that are near to bukit panjang plaza/future MRT has good bus service s to town, west and woodlands area. it takes me 20-30 mins by direct bus to orchard off peak. yes the bus is always crowded but it runs very frequently. i wait 3-5 mins on average for my rides to orchard and from the bus stop at plaza I get a seat 9 out of 10 times.

  2. sold my 4A flat 105sqm corridor unit low floor two bus stops away from sports complex/ bukit panjang plaza for 400k 30k COV in march (moved out end july)

bought a 5I flat 122 sqm corner unit low floor 1 bus stop away from sports complex/ bukit pangjang plaza for 450k 28k COV in Sep. the flat is in clean, basic condition, the 4th bedroom/studyroom was knocked down to form a bigger living room, kitchen n both bathrooms done up 2+ years ago.

getting my keys on boxing day!

  3. I just been told by my contractor yesterday about this new HDB rule. she was told that EPF cannot be used for levelling the balcony, and was advised by the officer to submit the proposed fire proof material for approvall by their civil engineer.

has anyone found an alternative to EPF and succeeded in getting the approval from HDB and how long did the approval take?

the gynsum board in the link below seemed like a more affordable solution and will not have weight issues?
