mi at 297A, previous owner didnt do any reno, not even kitchen cabinet... all original HDB tiles... planning to do basic reno... hope it eat into our wedding fund....

Sound confusing... when i ask for discount, he keep saying tat he oreadi mark down alot liao... anyway his quotation one of the cheapest... somemore his firm gt recommended by a reno mag... till now still considering whether wan to change id since i keep delaying on the deposit to be paid... Budget quite tight cuz plan to do my customary wedding after moving in... relatives keep asking le... no choice... Tea ceremony oso haven do.... Heez

wat u sae is true... I bought my 4rm for $224K under resale... No choice... cuz wanted a flat urgently, somemore everytime went HDB to apply under WIS cant get wat we want... Haiz Den happen to view tis flat during last mth through my grandma's fren's agent... Living rm quite big, compare to other 4rm in SK, although master bdrm smalller... But overall quite satisfy cuz veri near our parent's home.... ( my parents oso stay in compassvale, her's in rivervale ) Btw tis is the oni way to get a flat in such a short time so as to avoid the 7% GST in july... HAHA Can i check with u all once i sign the quotation, can the id increase the cost for GST if the reno end in mid july???

Hi to those from compassvale... Seems tat most of u all getting EA or 5rm... U all living with parents??? Mi tot of getting 5rm but worried tat it too BIG for two of us... so no choice getiing 4rm... Anyway its easy to maintain....HAHA Currently still waiting for 2nd appt... Mine are brought under resale... dunno whether can request from owner to give mi spare key so tat i can access the flat to let my ids to do some accurate measurement??? Owner always not free... somemore not very co-operative... Problemz.....

First appointment finally over... Collection of keys in 1mth time... Still haven decide which id to choose... headache.. haiz After getting so many quotation, this are the 3 ids tat i may choose: Dezignare Six Dimension Palacereno Any comment on these ids??? Anyway budget quite tight... those ids muz be having a headache doing my quotation... Finally realise tat its not easy to own a home... Haha... Have to pay this & tat... Not oni tat... still have to source for *Cheap & reliable id, lighting, kichen & bath accessories, furnitures & more....... Hi everybody... juz discharged from hospital a few days ago, no time to go through this forum... Haiz Yesterday went window shopping for kitchen & bathroom accessories at geylang area... Went into a shop called Eestilo De Vida (sound so high end rite.. haha), the guy named Sunny recommend mi a Fujioh hob, model FG 792 SS at $290.00. Can anyone tell me more about the brand and how's the cost of the hob???

Hi all, i'm new to this forum... trying to get a quote for my new flat.. Any recommendation? Things tat i need to do: 1. Change existing ceramic flooring to homogenous tiles for living rm. 2. Overlay laminated flooring for 3 bedrooms. 3. Construct kitchen cabinet with base. 4. supply & install new bi-fold doors for 2 toilets. 5. Wardrobe & platform bed for master bedroom. 6. Supply & install L-box with 6 PLC downlight for living area. 7. Supply & intall simple cornices for dining area. 8. Remove existing window grills. 9. Painting for whole flat/ piping 10.
