I see. I asked because a friend of mine had concrete screed finish floors and walls in an area of the house which received quite a bit of afternoon sun and I felt there was a lot of heat emitted from the surface. However it could have just been the heat trapped in any material, be it concrete or not.

The layout looks like the aston I was considering buying a unit there Although it was "squarish", I thought the layout had a lot of opportunities to have ***** elements.

Hope to embark on my own reno journey soon enough and will definitely speak to your contractor. Hello everyone, Lately I've been seeing a lot of furniture platforms/decks/lofts for new launches where the ceiling is quite high. For instance the Tennery by Far East Organisation and also Up@Robertson Quay. I was wondering how expensive it is to build on and what are the legal issues surrounding such a furniture deck? I think it looks very nice in a apartment with a high ceiling. Any input is appreciated!
