Wow! Your house interior is totally similar to mine! Let me guess, Punggol Ripples? Hahaha.. I wanna salute your courage to hack off the HDB tiles. I had *regrettably* opt in for the tiles and doors too. Although I have the idea of hacking the tiles away on several occasions, I do not have the bravery to do so. Kudos to you! Hi StaleBread, Although my ID did not provide any creative ideas (as compared to lawrenceke's ID) to make the house much visually attractive, I still appreciate his services as he is very patient and polite to accommodate to my several alteration plans to the house. He did try to provide some logical solutions to some of the flaws in the design of my new house and tried his best to accommodate to my ridiculously low budget, however I still exceeded my budget as I want to provide the best for my new house. Hahahaha! Yeah, I wanna start a T-blog soon to provide everyone a glimpse of my renovation journey. Wish you luck in your renovation too!

Hey there! Just dropping by to say that your house is indeed very gorgeously renovated, especially with all your bold and creative ideas! I'm also renovating my house at the moment but mine will be just the typical 4-room flat outlook as I had * regrettably* opt for the HDB tiles and doors, plus the fact that my ID did not contribute any creative ideas into my home design (probably due to the fact that I have a tight budget ). I wish you all the best in your final stages of the renovation. P.S: If you don't mind, I would like to 'steal' some ideas from you for my own renovation too (eg "reusing spare granite material cut from the kitchen top to create shelving for toilets") Cheeeeeeeers!

Hi there! Is your new flat in Punggol area? The floor plan and your flat interior looks pretty much similar to mine. I have just gotten keys not long ago. Mine's in Punggol. Anyway I'm planning around the same budget as you for the renovation+furniture+lightings+electrical appliances (inc. sys 3 aircon). Unfortunately, from what I have noticed, I have exceeded my budget.
