    haha~ actually toilet can also bring out the feel of the renovation but due to the layout (sanitary arrangement), i find it difficult to do design hence just dun do it. Secondly like what u mention, we can buy those came with vanity or simply a storage mirror =D

    Yup, i drill directly onto the brick. i think the guy have to be careful and skilled enough to drill ba.... so far mine is ok.

    oh i undermount the 30" kraus sink. the kraus sink is absolutely gorgeous!! I love the finishing and the size and especially the depth!

    U bought ur sink even before your reno started??

    Update: cant pm you as your mailbox is full.

    Yup. Bought my Kraus even before my house is complete haha. Should be completed by this year end.

    Cant resist the offer price haha.

    I thot u did not undermount coz I always thot undermount meant u will have the top of your carpentry covering the sink top part.

    Not sure if you know what I meant.

    Hmm true to another extend..

    So I guess I will pretend I din hear that advise haha and continue to plan to get lights from TB haha

    or come to think of it.. was her advise the other way round

    like if you buy lights from TB bcoz no safety stickers, when the lights some how goes sot sot n causes a fire, your fire insurance for the house is consider void coz the lights are not from sg with safety stickers?

    is this true?

    My friend was telling me that if i buy my lightings from TB.. bcoz they do not have the safety sticker like those purchase in SG.

    If choi choi the house kana fire, the house wun be covered under the fire insurance coz the lightings are from TB n are without the safety stickers..

    *ahem* yes the Kraus invaded into the living room space haha coz mine is old HDB no household shelter.

    So far I have bought but they do not know abt it are.. A 24-piece WMF utensils, my Crosley pay phone, happy call pan. That's all lar not alot hahaha

    But always at TB save a lot of stuff into favourites hahaha
