would anyone know what's the site next to Sembawang MRT being developed to? Saw them hovering up the place with planks, i saw an erected noticeboard but didn't went there to check it out (it's actually a small plot of land that is being coverted)

my still have 5more years to plan, so hopefully there's more school to come, LOL. What about you? How old are your kids? I was told Canberra Primary is one of the good schools.

Seems like as what the tilers told me previously, their stock of tiles ran out, thus everything halted . *sIgH* My mum was there on thurs, she did told me the toilets, MBR, one of the room, kitchen were tiled. I went there, the tilers were not there, gate was locked, thus i can only open the main door and look from outside. The unit opposite my is completed. (Theirs were pasted another letter of notice, saying one week of touch up...something like that) I look into theirs, quite nice wor, the tiles etc. Bright...looks good. Wonder when's my coming. Wait wait wait... Hey for those who likes sushi, sakae sushi have opened a branch at Sun plaza, I would prefer ichiban but sakae can still make do for it. LOL. Candyprincess, I'll pm you the photographer contact, you give him a call, just say reference from albert. Oh by the way, he owns a photo developing shop in Sunset way so presumably if you get him to print more qtys, should be cheaper ba. I'll be meeting my ID at Sembawang this sunday morning to see his completed customers' units, so most probably i'll drop by my unt, maybe have chance to see you there too.

not only 58* have EAs. Just that for the bi monthly exercise, majority of the EAs selection are for Blk 583 and 581, so i just took a wild guess. But nice place you got there, nice park view, near market and alot of amenities

i went to my unit, seems like only the MBR and living room got SCV points only. If we wanna other rooms to have, then we got to fix up ourselves.

woud anyone of you know what other things will be changed/touched up for our unit? Wrote to my HDB officer but days liao, still hasn't hear from her. Anyone of you heard anything from your officer?

rebtang, so concidental! I was staying at woodlands circle for about 3yrs(my parent's place) before i moved to street 83 after getting married. hehe My parent's place not that bad, still walkable distance from Admiralty MRT.

357 quite near too. less than 5-7mins walk from mrt. hehe. It's just the cluster next to yours. across the road. My block will be right infront of admiralty pri sch.

the shop and save is at Blk 406A Sembawang Drive. Just 5mins walk from our place. It's 24HR. Situated at MSCP. Right beside it, there's a coffeeshop too, quite nice food there too. Fully agree!

ya it seems that way lo. Don't know how true it is, but it's insider from NTUC who told us. Maybe it could be wrong, but i do hope it's true though..hee

hi, I'm waiting for HDB to invite me down. Right now my unit is going through total revamp, they are retiling the floor, just hope it's fast. i heard that they will still keep sunplaza and the one at the hdb office (well just hope it's true) Wow, you got yourself 354C? that's really near MRT

usually the workers don't work on sunday(that's what they told me) but because they are rushing, they have no choice but to come back to work 'illegally'. They got to do it low profile, because if not, will kena complain by residents. Maybe you could try on Saturday? As for all those fees, you should have this document when you went down to book your unit, the HDB officer should have pass it to you. I've gotten one copy of my, and is using it for cross reference. As for the additional NTUC, was told that because it's getting too crowded at Sunplaza unit, thus they somehow needed to expand. But i just hope it's true that they will open another unit there, at least it's nearer to us. Hehe. By the way, there's a shop and save (24hrs) nearby us too. Not bad. Heee

kayser, have you decided which air con system you're going for? If we wanna get aircon for the whole house, we are suppose to be looking at 2 X system 3units?

strangely, i saw my basin and vanity in the floor at my living room, so assume they are changing that too. The vanity had some chipped off, so i hope they don't just put it back like that. anyway i've emailed my HDB officer yesterday, asking her exactly what will be changed. But still hasn't hear from her yet. If she does, then i'll post her reply here. i feel the pink exterior is still better than the white and green exterior Now you guys have make me contemplating whether want to install aircon at the living room liao, initially wanted to. i don't stay Sembawang but quite near enough. I'm staying at Woodlands. Just 2 stops away. I'm excited about my new unit, thus that explains why i'm so anxious going there, whenever i'm free I was told the 1st floor of the HDB Branch office at Sembawang, is going to be converted to NTUC. Hopefully it's true.
