i long long given up hope monitoring my unit, it seems to take ages. My flooring was done, rest others just stopped. They stopped a few days with nothing being done for days. I also getting abit restless chasing after them.

selenal,do take note that there's a electrical board and some concealed wiring on the wall (i presume you wanna hack it to have a open concept kitchen. Most probably you'll need to apply permit from HDB to hack it, but maybe have some difficulties to get it approved, but no harm trying though. Another concern would be the placement of the fridge near the door of service balcony, might be alittle tight to get into the SB when you have the sink cum cabinet built plus the fridge there. Just my 2cent view. hehe maybe can refer to this photo to have a better view

the only concern with basin at the window there, would be, it will be a little difficult to open/shut the windows

Initially, i like the idea of my sink to be at the window area, because my is facing a park view, so kinda like the idea of washing vegetable/utensils while looking at greenery Some suggestions were: (1) Keep the existing sink at the window, then the hob got to be place diagonally opposite it, if you're 'pantang' just like me (2) sink placed near the wall outside the SB door, and (i) then either have piping link together with the washing machine piping (but just worried that if one choked, both sink and washing machine can't use (ii) have an erected kerb, hiding the piping and then link it to the original outlet But take note, for (2), we'll need to either remove away the door or change it to another new door(shorter) to accomodate the kerb. Personally i would like to have a SB door, so that during cooking, my clothing don't get smoked by it Maybe you can share what did your ID propose too

you might want to check out BLUM system. I was very amazed with that particular product of theirs which was able to maximise that space area. Go to their website and click on the video for a demonstration

hi kayser, my mistake, yeah, if you want to change position, floor might indeed have to be rehack. Went down with one ID to my unit, was advised that too. Or alternatively, have to rerun the piping over the tiles, which means, you will have a kerb near the service balcony door, which also means the door have to either be removed, or replaced with a short door, to accomodate the kerb

flooring need not be rehacked, from i what i see the piping is from the top down, not on the floor run

selenal, i think you can ask your ID to move it to elsewhere too, no problem on that just that they would have to rerun the water trunking/piping. Just some additional info, if you're going for the same layout as the sink where the kitchen are, just make sure your cooking hob is not directly opposite it, not a good fengshui placement for sink to face hob.
