Hi Sean, Am at Isles too! and also a 4 roomer like yours.. my reno has started and just wanted to point out that the issue of the aircon access window (WHICH IS A MAJOR PAIN IN THE A**) and also the existence of 4 pipes (2 on each side) at the service yard. you might wanna measure the washing machine/dryers before buying them.. as for the Aircon. i got the Mitsu Heavy Industries (like your pics) from Gain City. paid for the upgrade in the pipes and extra warranty for 5 years and the total cost was about 4.5k. installation wise it was quite normal and fuss free.

Hi all, am very new to renotalk.. been reading all the various forum topics on the various contractors/IDs.. just wanted to tap on the collective wisdom of the forumers here.. Has anyone engaged Ecela as their ID/contractor before? (link: https://www.facebook.com/EcelaPteLtd) have been to their roadshow thing at expo earlier last month and frankly i was abit surprised by the quality of their finished products which they showcased in a red bus (yes they towed a red bus to the show site at expo.) they seem pretty new.. their website not up yet.. nor have they been talked about on renotalk forums. the ID that spoke to us (Sky) wasnt that pushy and she seemed quite nice about some of the stuff. not sure if i should take sign with them. Thanks in advance
