Hi Cheeri30s. Total renovation for 3rm is ard 30k but also depend what you will be doing. I can pm u my contractor number and u can get a quote from him if you are interested. he is very honest and gentle guy. so far I have no problem with his workmanship.

The rest of the items looks okay except for the laying of tiles. I think is way too expensive for two toilets floor tiles. I got mine done up for floor and wall tiles for 2 toilets abt 4.5k to 5k. Floor cost abt 1.5k for me. if you need, I can pm u my contact.

The prices he quote u is higher than my ID. and usually ID should provide u with drawing. In your case, u already design your own wardrobe. I think you can get the price lower unless your design is complicated. Pm me if you need my ID. He is honest and reliable. service is good too.

After briefly looking through ur quotation. I realised some of your items quoted is higher than mine. My advise to you is look for a couple more to compare the price. But cheapest doesn't mean is the best.

I think this is just the company marketing method. Things to note. 1) They did not quote any carpentry works (usually they will make up high to cover the package) 2) what if you need longer length than what you needed ( what will be the price?) 3) The services and their workmanship I am saying this cause some of my friends did approach some company and end up their renovation cost is higher than mine.

The quotation that is quoted to u I think some of the items is higher as compared to mine. I just had mine done not long ago. The quote I got was very reasonable and service is good. A kitchen renovation like that cost abt 5 to 6k or even lesser.
