Hi Gingerbread82 The reason why we enage ID is because they are able to give us ideas and advices. Through their years of experience on renovations, they are able to tell us what is good and which are the things that are not recommendable as they do not wish to see us regret at a later stage. Ultimately, the final decision is still on us. Dave is a very straightforward, comfortable and "know what he is doing" kind of guy. He is probably giving you his ideas through his experience from his other customers. I have hacked one of the walls to combine the 2 rooms into 1, so that i can accommodate a WIW and the room looks so much spacious. This is also one of his ideas and I am glad that he did. !!

But i can see U have actually over haul the whole house and the furnitures U bought are of good quality ... so i guess it is consider reasonable for the amount U have spent. Oh and i dont see curtain .. U guys not intend to do huh? Cant wait to see more updated pictures of ur house ....

Hi Grace What is the status now? We had such bad experience before but the only different is that we had terminated him before they started the reno. Our deposit was being forfeited. We had a hard time at first as they refused to let us go and had threatened us because the contract has also stated penalty charge of XX% if we cancel the agreement. I think you have to be very firm. How much you have paid this chap?

Yes, in chinese called Zhen Zhu Fen. Can get it in Chinese Medical Hall. It comes in cream which U can apply on the face or in powder form which U can consume. They said it is good for complexion and can lighten pigmentation but dont how true it is. I guess people now look much younger than their actual age. Think the secret to look young is to be happy always, sleep well and eat well and drink lots of water ... tio bo?

Hi Silver88 Just found out that Dave is on reservist for 2 weeks! And i think he will only be back to office next week. It could be this reason that he is not able to follow up on the quotations. And I do agreed with Jule that he may be very busy as he also need to take care of Angeline's projects since she is on maternity now. Why not give him a call or drop him a sms instead ? Dont think you should give up like that.

Hi I am one of Intra customers and would like to share my experience. We got a call almost immediately after emailing our floor plan. Thereafter, an appointment has been fixed to go down to their office to discuss about our requirements. And it actually took less than 2 weeks before the drawings were ready. I think its kind of standard. We are happy with the design he proposed. And its only after we confirmed him as our ID and finalised the design and the quotation that we laid a deposit. We are comfortable & satisfied with their services. Their quotation maybe on the high side, but consider their quality & workmanship I think it is worth. To be honest, we even got more than what the quotation has stated!

Hi Cheers_ Cheers So U only getting ur keys next year... then there is no hurry to rush. Do one thing at a time. Most important, U must know what U want & like for ur house. Well, we spent about 30k plus for the reno. But it all depending on what is ur requirement, and how much U do. For us, there are quite a fair bit of capentry work. Discuss with the ID and he will "try" to work within ur budget. Dont worry, U will know what & when to do next when the time comes. Hi Cheers Cheers Thanks for the compliment! I am sure U have got ur floor plan right? To get it starts, call them and fix an appointment to discuss with them the initial idea of what U have in mind. They will come out with a proposal. This is what we did. Yes, we did hacked down a wall so that we can have a bigger master bed room and also to accommodate a WIW. And dont ever buy any furniture or appliances unless U have confirmed on the design and the color /theme of ur house. U have to make sure that the things U buy must blend in well with the design & color. But of course, U can start doing "window" shopping now so that U have a rough idea of what to buy later. When U getting ur keys? Oh yes, in case U may want to know ... my ID is Dave!
