I think for quality, it differs from individual to individual. I think Ideal House is okay, for me at least. I am not the too picky type, perhaps thats why. I am just impressed at how my ID respond to my calls to him. Very responsive, and manage the project very well.

After 6 weeks, my house reno is really come to end. It has been quite a smooth journey for me so far, none of the night mare that some of the forumer encountered during their renovation. So far, Ideal House never give me any headache. Never to take leave to oversee the project, just every weekend go up and see see look look. Other than minor changes, everything was done according to plan. Very nicely done. I have to give kudos to the ID (Sean). Next week will do the final washing liao. Looking forward to it:) Will recommend Ideal House to anybody who is on a budget like me. Hi, Just to share my initial experience. Signed with Sean, and the work just started last Thursday. Friday I went up, and the whole house hacking is complete! Super fast. Didn't expect that. And on Saturday, they are alrady working on the Toilet. According to him, the wetwork should complete around 10 days. So far, the advice my ID given to me are quite good. I have a very tight budget, and he try to save my cost whereever he can. So I reuse things like Windows, Firedoor etc. Also, given the odd shape of my house, the tiler also gave me some very good advice. Hope everything go smoothly

Just decide to sign with Ideal House. Now just waiting to see how is it like So far, Sean has been helping me to keep things within my budget, as I really do not have alot of cash to spare, after paying a high COV... the price is still right, but let's hope that the workmanship turns out fine.
