Revealing my cost isn't meaningful for comparison at all since you don't know the dimension, quality, design of item etc.

Michael, I manage air con, painting & installation of doors, storage heaters myself. The rest are taken care by my contractor.

Since there are a few enquiries on my contractor, I shall write a review on our experience with Alan Neo from Nam Hin Bee Kee contractor. We like that he responds fast to our enquiries and he shares his experience with us but leaves us to make our decision. His pricing for cabinets are the highest among our three quotations but we eventually decide to work with Alan as we can communicate with him. Do note that there is no 3D generated drawings and drawings are done by hand simply. Overall, his pricing is transparent and reasonable. No hidden cost. He works with us by fulfilling our expectations as close as possible. We have high expectations for the quality of the work and Alan will get his workers to deliver the items to our satisfaction. It was generally a positive experience with Alan Neo and we would say that he's a trustworthy, reliable and practical contractor who we will recommend to our family and friends. We engage Alan Neo: to build our bottom kitchen cabinets, a shoe cabinet, a living room divider shelving cabinet, MBR full height cabinet, install and supply shower screen, install lights, build cement base for kitchen cabinets, build a cement structure for sink, install a quartz table top install the bathroom accessories, install window grills. do a box up of aircon piping along the walkway and MBR

I placed my order in Dec 2014 and only delivered recently in March 2015. In between this period, I've questions for Irene and I'll whatsapp her. Takes her a while to respond but she will reply eventually. I've a good experience with her.

Benetay; that's because cabinets are custom made before start of renovation. Major items done in 2 weeks as we plan for at least one task to be done everyday.
