as long as ur house can be ready and move in happily.. tis is wat we all askin for no matter how much we pay.. as long as we are comfortable and e id or contractor don disappoint us.. one of the forumer here got a disappointed reno.. almost fall off w her hubby.. workmanship not gd, id missing in action.. tis is something tat we hate to see and don wish to happen.. another got delayed by her id.. even though her id got gd reputation.. so blessed all those others will hav a happy reno and wishes those that hav prob can get them resolve asap, this is wat they are longing for..

ur relative prob can reccomend since they do carpentry shd get better lobang rite?

not easy to get a contractor or id that know your taste.. go thru to seee whose house you like, ask any contractor can do similar ones lor.. usu they photocopy ones ma.. else you need designer they need take time to think special design for you lor.. everyone that can successfully finish reno sure reccomend theirs, so you end up a lot of reccomendation.. if you scared of reno no good, sign a radac contract to safe guard yourself.. actually if you got read thru, you already know which ones you like, simply start to get quotation and compared.. else you might end up with a high quote full of hidden cost.. thru interact with the contractors you will learn to get one that can know your taste and then come in to find any good or bad comments.. judge with care

get your floor plan walk into one of your nearby available contractot and you will learn how to start to move from there.. get your first quote and read thoroughly at home.. don sign on first meet, tell him you need to go thru first.. there you go, then you start to learn to read thru the line to look for hidden cost.. go to a second contractor.. and so it goes on.. nearest your house means easy to bang on their door if they don do things rite.. you can go there everyday to drag that contractor out if you got doubts too.. and visit the forum to read here and there will help too.. important to put in the contract.. handover date.. else your contractor might drag your reno.. learn from others mistake in the forum will help you to hav a successful reno

apple how you remove all those cat fur har? i had a hard time cleaning jus the windows of the kitchen only, not fully need another round.. the floor so many fur.. my mum keep on letting my cats out to roam everywhere, when my hb nose allergy lor.. they toilet trained or use litter pan? i don think i can toiloet trained them, cannot let them bring all fur around the house.. so sad.. very tired la.. hb go pulau ubin for company trip.. upstaire haven reno finish when they started earlier so much than me.. level one also pp reno.. hiaz.. my poor cats jus now also got song kar jus finish.. frightened my cats already..
