shanndy.. how much did you pay for the dining set? I ordered the exact same one as yours.. pending for delivery on Aug11...keeping my finger cross that they are not going to deliver your rejected goods to me. haruko, you think after settling payment, they will offer to give discount meh? i doubt so lor.. I think this company really screwed..need to write to forum or get some TCS program to feature this rotten apple..

my sales is sophia.. I paid $1600 for the sofa...which I think it's expensive...but since it's huge, and have storage space..I thot it's worth it.. the dining table is $1100.. very expensive right ??

I am looking for one to cover my whole balcony too...my balcony is square in shape and it's totally exposed.. saw some huge outdoor umbrella at ikea but it's no longer selling in ikea anymore..

haruko..how's your delivery? even your small stool can be delayed..so disgusting right? I am currently in Japan, so cannot keep calling red apple to remind them.. keeping my finger cross too.. if they delay..I will definately make lotsa noise at their shop.

yeah...the design is quite nice.. they have to buck up on their delivery service if you wanna stay in business. if my delivery is late, I intend to write to forum, or get my media friend to do a write up on this Rotten Apple..

Moderator at SGbrides deleted the post to protect their own sites and also it's user. Was told that there are cases of Shop suing SG Bride and thread poster for defame...and there's still a case fighting...but according to moderator, it's not worth the effort.... so we have to be careful about what we write..and not just adding to the fire without concrete situation. I just called up today, and told the salesgal my situation (if late, I cannot shift into my house for a month due to 7th month), she promised to chase for me...duno how much she can help... It's Red apple management that sucks..cannot confirm on the container list even though they have more than ample amount of time. will be away for 3 weeks..till then... Haruko, hope your stool is ok...

hey.. when was the first delivery suppose to be, and how long was the delay? mine's critical as it's the last day of 6th month.. if they miss this date, then it will be 7th month liao...I dun wanna leave in a empty house on 7th month eve !

Me and my hubby bought a sofa and a dining table set from their shop in Kaki Bukit in the beginning of June this year. The sales person promised to deliver on 23 Jun which was about 3 weeks later. The day before the promised delivery date, I called up to confirm the delivery and it was when they told me that the shipment has not arrived. I queried why they did not inform me earlier and had to wait till I called up, the sales person just replied nonchalantly that there's nothing they can do with the delay and promised they will deliver in two weeks' time (on 14 July). After we have made known our displeasure, he then offer to send us a loan sofa one week later (30 Jun) while waiting for our set to arrive. Reluctantly we agreed as we have already moved into our new house for more than 3 weeks and have been without a decent place to sit. On 30 June, we cancelled all our appointment to wait for the delivery of the loan sofa. The sofa was supposed to be delivered before 6pm but we waited for the entire day and nothing arrived. We tried calling the salesperson for more than 4 times and were always told that he's serving customer and will call us back. When we requested for another person to assist, their reply was no one else is available. Eventually we managed to reach the sales person only the next day and all he did was apologise without giving any valid reason for the non-delivery. The loan sofa only came after much trouble and I even had to take leave as they apparently can only arrange the delivery on a weekday! Given the earlier bad experience, I decided to call them up earlier on 13 July to confirm the delivery. AGAIN I was told that the shipment has not arrived. This time I was utterly frustrated and informed them that I want to cancel my order. The salesperson replied that there's nothing they can do about the delay and he will get his sales manager to call me back. I only managed to reach the sales manager on 14 Jul after I called up a number of times. We argued for almost half an hour on the phone and his only reason is that it's not his company's fault for the delay. He refused to let me cancel my order stating that the contract does not allow me to do so. I told him that I will be reporting this to CASE if I do not get a satisfactory reply and he just say that I won't have a case even if I report them! Nevertheless, the conversation ended that he will speak to his management about my case and revert and I"M STILL WAITING. I'm just waiting to see what lame excuses he will come back with. PLEASE INFORM ALL YOUR FRIENDS & RELATIVES TO AVOID BUYING FROM RED APPLE FURNITURE! They have 3 outlets - Kaki Bukit, IMM and Sungei Kadut. My intended housewarming was postponed countless times due to their empty promises and we have to suffer so much inconvenience for more than 1 month without a proper sitting and dining area. And it's not as if their furniture is very cheap. I just hope no one need to go through the agony like I did. Afterall, moving into your new place should be a happy affair. It was just unfortunate that mine has to be marred with such a bad experience from an incompetent company!

My 2nd project for Axxbxxt was yesterday...not so pleasant... suppose to come on Sat 2.30pm, 2pm then call me to tell me they cannot come, and I have to call my ID to change the timing again. (ID needs to discuss with the aircon guy on the location etc) then rearranged for Mon lunch time. 12.30, so that at least I can go during my lunchtime...but morning called again and push to 2.30pm...meaning I have to take last min leave ! called Axxbxxt to book the 2nd appointment on Aug4, but was told it's full, and that I can only get Aug7. and they cannot confirm the timing too. what I can say about Axxbxxt booking system is that it sucks! If I call and make appointment, why can't I get the timing I want? They always said, will call only 1 day in advance to confirm timing. Where is their program management ?

there's no 1 shop that can give good price for every item..so you just have to call to check market price, then bargain with the store..

they have done the first assignment for me, which is to bring the system 1 from my new resale, to my parents unit..so far so good.. tomrrow is the trunking and wiring.... so dunno how neat they will do since my house tiling all done up liao...
