Hi, I am a new homeowner and currently looking for a plumber as well as an electrician. I was wondering if any members here can recommend me a honest and reliable plumber and electrician for the following tasks. Also, what is the price range for the tasks that i mentioned below because i don't want to get chopped. Just yesterday I engaged a plumber to help me install a water tap for my kitchen sink and he charge me $250. Not sure if that is the market price or i got chopped. Here's what he did for me: - Drill 20mm hole to install water tap on the sink - Cut 70mm hole on my cabinet to run the drain pipe for sink - Install water hose/pipe for water tap Plumbing: - Run hot water pipe for Citygas Macro water heater from common toilet to service yard - Run cold water pipe from service yard to service yard for Citygas Macro water heater - Change tap at service yard so that it can be used for washing machine (currently the tap that HDB provide for new BTO flat is not washing machine friendly) - Change existing water tap for kitchen sink - Install water spray at common toilet and MBR toilet Electrical: - Install power point at service yard for Citygas Macro water heater PS: preferable if the plumber/electrician can speak English...
