Ribenaberry, thanks for the additional options, but i am abit confused, so now we have more than A & B to choose, how much will it cost for the new dimensions? For delivery, understand there is 3 types of delivery, so total difference is how much for each.. Sometimes cost is a deciding factor.. keke..

I didn't talk to both, we check with I-bridge and ***, yet to receive their quotations, but we just didn't click with the ID.. Also, we feel that the ID from one of them is over accomodating, everything we said was "can be done", '"should be ok", though he was very sincere, he seems very blur, the last thing we want is a blur blur ID...

We signed with ***** to secure the package first.. Many stuffs not finalised yet, then the quotation also not received yet, so unable to share the cost with you guys first.. I will get the quotation and 3D drawings together.. We signed with them cos we seen and like many of their designs and so far, we are quite comfortable with our ID also. If we decide not to go to them for the renovation after they had finalised the quotation and drawings, the deposit can be used to offset one of the item in their package within the value paid. So we feel that its quite a fair and reasonable deal, so we signed with them to secure the package price.. Mitsubishi brand better ar?? Haven't really evaluated which brand is good and energy saving..

Hmmm, the package i signed with my ID comes with free system 3 air-con, but is Fuji brand. Not sure good anot. Also, for information, there will be another 2 home and deco fairs in Expo, one in Sept and the other in Oct.

Just curious, rattan type furniture got smell anot? I remember last time my grandma house have, then got smell, till now i see, it reminded me of a smell.. But the designs quite nice leh.. keke..

$30k for reno alone is consider alot.. haha, unless u have in mind alot of carpentary, design features. Reno costs alone does not include alot of things.. I did an estimate, to complete the whole house, with all electrical appliances, furniture, reno, mattress, deco, we will need around a $45k budget.. *faint*... Somemore cut off alot of things liao..

Hi elaine, i read already, i had placed a deposit with ***** to secure the expo promotion/discount package for them to do the 3D drawings and designs.. hehe.. Just signed yesterday night.. hehe...

Our budget is around $25k (not to exceed), includes lightings, furnitures (everything except electrical stuffs), purely reno would be around $20k ba.. haha.. Cos many of my friends, my brother, advised us that some kind of money cannot be saved, especially renovation. Cos to regret and to do touch ups later, will incur much more money and inconvenience in the long run. Initially, i even wanted to design and do all the co-ordination work myself to save some money, but after hearing so much, we decided to go for an ID instead. At least if something go wrong (touchwood touchwood touchwood!!) i can blame it on someone.. haha..

Yes, thats right.. I was thinking of doing a walk-in wardrobe cum study room in the beside room, excellent location.. haha.. Let see what the total of that first.. keke..

Nooo need lah, i can write here, i bought Slumberland Royal Princess, King size, $2,998, free 2 pillows, bolsters, 1 mattress protector, 1 quilt cover. Cos yesterday we tried on the slumberland royal princess then we really like tat one and just after trying 2 more (same brand somemore) we paid the deposit, its like an impulse buy.. Hi, I went to the exhibition at S'pore Expo today, anyone bought mattress yet? We tried on the slumberland royal princess mattress and we really love it, is there anyone who had evaluated the mattress portion yet? Anyone tried the same mattress already?
