    Actually, its fine without a hood if you don't do deep frying. I have opt to not have a hood for my 2nd home, just move in for 2 months, cooking 3-4 days per week, its actually fine.

    Aluka, congrates, the end is in sight.. lol.. Trust me, u will have to clean non stop till you move in and settle down. The 3 days before i move in, moved in and after move in, i vaccum and mop at least 10 times...

    Mine is the one with fingerprints access. So far so good, my kids are fighting to open the door everyday.. But as we didn't install the gate one, we will still need to have key to enter.. Perhaps in future we will get one for the gate..

    I had install this on my main door, but got them locally.. Quite a lot of drilling to do.. Probably u may want to check out the cost to install this before buying overseas. Hope this helps.

    Can ask if your fridge is kept in storage? After moving your fridge is ok? Mine was kept in storage and was full with moulds and dews and the fridge turn smelly, in the end i had to throw my fridge.

    Yes, managed to get an appointment on next monday, just nice to move in on Tuesday! You are reminding me to check my kitchen pipes too... Hopefully is fine,. But i do have some problem with my water pressure for the bath rooms.. We didnt have rainshower, but the water is real slow from the shower head...

    kissgurami, your post on the City Gas turn on is soooooooooooo helpful. I totally forgot about turning on my City Gas till i saw your post and i am going to move in next Tuesday.. Hopefully can turn on my Monday... Adults can shower with cold water, but i have 2 little kiddos.. Thanks so much... Wow your sink is nice...Very clean and sleek design for the kitchen..

    Want to pen some words of recommendation, although replies are slow, do give them a day or 2 more but the pricing is good, the work they do is good. Got from Aron and ah boon Mitsubishi 3 + 2 system for my 5 room resale HDB, they gave good recommendation on the best way to run trunking, also gave alternatives if u do not like the original suggestion. Clear up their stuffs after finishing.. Very punctual on the given appointment! Ah boon is the one installing, so u deal with the same person quoting and completing your job.. Do keep up the good work.. Thanks.

    Yes, now is waiting for carpentry to be up and BCA/HDB to approve my windows, but no more taobao shopping anymore.. All covered in my first purchase.
