hi, mine is 4room,Weiken's quote is abt 21k,we wanted alot of carpenter work How much did your quote? their basic package is abt 15k right..? one more thing is realise is that for the homo tiles, Weiken offered me at $3/square (duno what) Baroque's is $2.50/squre (duno whats the term) Anyone feels that for $2.50 range of tiles, there are not many choice for u to select? (or is it that $2.5 and $3 range not much difference?)

i have shortlisted these 2 companies..after a search of 7companies hehe 1) Baroque design 2) Weiken Anyone has any experience with these companies? saw alot of flat owners using Weiken at blk 25A. The quote seems nice Baroque has nice quote too.

We engage UHome, Ben is the person who serve us..provide him our floor plan 1mth+ ago, he didnt get back to us. Total i have engaged 7 renovation companies, all get back to us within 2 weeks. Think Ben has a poor service right? Ben promise get back to us in 2weeks. When we called him, he totally forgotten abt us, and said will get back to us, but still no news yet

sorry didnt manage to take photograph. i asked my fiancee to take, she dont dare to take, i dont dare to take too,haha.so we didnt take eventually i was at the showflat on the 6th floor. Was surprise that i didnt see any protruding corner at the end of the living room. in my floor plan there is a protruding corner too, i am searching for the corner but didnt see any leh.. just reached home and see this thread..oh no,i think i disappointed alot of pple here, so sorry

hi Green, Personally i think a husband cannot force his wife to stay with in laws. I will also wish that my wife stay with my parents,but i leave the choice to my wife. I even thought of renting my parent's house out, the part of the rental income give to my wife for "compensation" of living with my parents. But my wife still dont wish to stay together with my parents. i respect her decision cos this issue of "Staying together with in laws" is a killer to a marriage.. Its better that u discuss with ur bf about this issue seriously. if not, in future there will be alot of problem. If ur bf loves you, he will respect u. All the above are quoted from my marriage counsellor. i totally agree with this.

the voucher is non transferable, i cant sell it too, my banquet has already booked at marina mandarin. i have 2 alternatives: 1) to sell away my marina mandarin banquet and book GCW on the same date 2) hold my ROM at GCW to utilise the vouchers Most likely i will chose 2) . tmr shld be going down to sign the ROM package contract

My HLE application has been approved. Just received the letter. But in my HDBpage still shows "HDB will invite you to sign the Agreement for Lease in due course" Approximately when will i know my first appt? do i need to call in to book the 1st appt of wait for the 1st appt letter?

my HLE still no status yet too The hdb website still shows "We are currently processing your HLE application. We will inform you on the outcome of the application in due course"
