That time HDB was cement screeding the common area of my old house, 1 day finish everything. The actual cement-ing and drying should be quite fast, maybe 1-2 day (also depend on weather, if rain everyday, drying take longer... ). same here, getting all the contractors to come and do measurement, same time checking for defects

I just given the key to HDB for cement screeding in the morning, guess it a long wait for me.

I guess that person is me lor might be going down to Citigas to check this out, perhaps know in more detail on the cost+installation, size of the heater and so on...

got a few ideas in mind, need to see if it feasible (and cost too) to do it. budgetted around 15-20K for the whole hse renov. May not be doing feature wall or ceiling... cutting the cost down for nicer furniture. personally, dun tink so. Just a solid base will do. can also use wallpaper or wall decal to make nice nice design for your LCD.

no la, it shld be well ventatiled for the gas to burn mah... like your gas cooker. Dun tink it that dangerous. 26D status The Probable Completion Date of your new flat is 4Q/2007. HDB will invite you to take possession of the flat when the construction of the flat is completed.

that's a good news for us doing cement screeding. so did you submit the application on the day you got your keys? Did they inform you it done?

no one has quoted me yet. May not be doing for ID, as already have idea on how to do up the house and only needed some simple renov works. Good contractor to recommends any1?

i using Kronotex as well... for all the room and living room except main door area (am still deciding what other material to get). Cant remember the actual costs, as they still need to do another measurement on site. It best to sign up during their exhibition, as the price offer comes with some freebies.

no la, just signing the lease (tink a few in 26D signed ordei). Collection of keys still not confirmed when... planned using laminates... parquet higher cost for us.

i be signing the lease on 4th Oct... finally!
