Hi guys, Im new here n getting my house keys soon..ive got a question and i need ur expertise.. For plumbing works,what kind of work should a new hdb flat do?ive seen alot of different id packages n they all have different kinds of plumbing works..i wouldnt wana go for a meeting with an id being so noob n looking like some1 who can be slaughtered by adding things that i dont need n pushing up my reno cost. Please be kind and educate me... Thanks in advance.
