Lifetime guarantee (sales talk only, who in their right mind will provide this warranty, if my descendant ask them to change a damaged floor 70 years from now, I don't think they will comply ) Also, according to a contractor who also installs laminate flooring, if in future, a part of the floor was damaged and warranted, they will cut off the snap tongue, put glue and stick a new part to replace the damaged floor, maybe can confirm with Supreme if they have the same practice. renting in yishun, it's 3+1 rooms, rental increase these days really off the scale. thanks for the info, but i can't wait for hdb screeding, it will take at least 3 weeks. based past release schedule, 26B earliest release will probably be dec 1st week. need enough time to do very basic renovation.

hi neighbours, anyone know any contractor that do cement screeding? currently renting unit and contract ending december 2007, cannot renew cause must sign 6 month contract... owner increase rent price some more from 1.3k to 2k need to move in 26B by then, else no place to put stuff. thanks all !

thanks vince for sharing, we also got a LG 4 in 1 (mirror model, with free option to change cover design) from gain city. gain city advised us the same thing also, all 4 aircon cannot run simultaneously with a low BTU compressor(usually listed on their displayed price list). we've upgraded compressor, pipes, and bought warranty(insurance) of up to 5 years, end up paying 4K plus, quite high but at least anything happen to the aircon within 5 years, insurance covers it.
