Shared our 3D renderings on post #3. We are very lucky to might be able to snag off a couple of coffee tables from our relative! If we do, we would have a total of 4 coffee tables on hand... would probably have to let go off our franc franc coffee table then. Love it so much, having a dilemma.

Yeah, same here! have problems deciding what to go for but considering the hassle of washing the curtains, we'll probably go for blackout roller blinds. We haven't decided on our supplier for the blinds. Does anyone have someone in mind to recommend? Cheap and good is preferred hahahah

Heheh thanks! It was prepared by both my husband and I. There were too many elements that we wanted so we needed to do up a styleboard to keep ourselves on the right track!

Thank you! We are setting it in the living room. Got the AV receiver and boston acoustics speakers at a sale at $799! The Epson projector we got it from the recent IT show at $1299 that came with complimentary Ntuc vouchers. Are you setting up a home theatre too?😁😁

Bathrooms looks good!! We were also thinking about getting 2 televisions - one for the living room and another for the MBR but decided against it to encourage early sleeping habits hahaha

Our experiences as well as worthy/ unworthy purchases from taobao. Guess it's based on luck too - if you get the better stocks/ seller. Our Worthy Purchases- Lighting: Pendant Light Light Bulbs Tracks Track Lights (we got the 3W for the corridor and 7W for rooms) Track Light Connectors (we didn't have to use this because our source was at the centrepoint so we connected end to end from the source) Down Lights (3W/ 7W) T5 Misc: Grey Drawer Mat (Way cheaper than IKEA) Non Slip Bathroom Mat (This is awesome! Super soft and absorbs water quickly!) Velvet Hangers (Qoo10 sells them as a similar price too, the last we researched) Bathroom Tap Kitchen Sink Kitchen Tap Toilet Accessories (Toothbrush holder/ towel rack/ hooks etc) TV Mount Our Unworthy Purchases Furniture (Got our dining chairs and it wasn't in brand new condition. I guess it is based on luck because so many others received value for money furniture in mint condition) LED Light Strips (Totally burnt out) Will add more if anything else comes to my mind in future!

Our Purchases (Will update along the way ) A new addition to our purchases! There's a 10% off on all products at IKEA now till end of Oct for IKEA Family members so it's the best time to purchase pricier stuff that rarely goes on sale! Remember to show the message IKEA sent cause they need it for verification purposes! Check out the sick tiger print cow hide! Because we are mounting the projector in the middle of the living room, the default cable that came with the projector was too short. We went around SLT and the longest cable found was 5m. Which was still, too short for us. My husband then went to get a custom length done from Robert at LHS SLT. Workmanship is pretty good!
