I'm collecting my keys in Jan, and my contractor told me verbally should be additional 1.5k for my 4-rm flat living room and 3 bedrooms. But he didn't put down this price in the quotation, saying will confirm again in Jan. From the contractors inteviewed in news reports, the price increase also around 1k+ for 4-rm flat. Think 3k is too steep.
