Got a few other quotations that are like $35k, $26k and this was the cheapest. They are a small company and not so renowned, but the ID was efficent in sending me my amended quotes. Just to share my recent experience with a new renovation company, recommended by my friend, I'm a marketing executive and recently got my keys for a new home, and of all things I need to pay, I really don't dare to think much on renovating my new home, but after engaging with avenir project, Andrew from the renovation company shows good customer service and the quote they provided, I can say is one of the lowest in the market, I thought the materials will be lousy, because it's cheap so what can we expect, but I was totally wrong, I'm really thankful that we got avenir projects to renovate for me, please help to share with your friends.
