Thanks Dylan, yes totally agree, it will be applicable to resale flat almost 90% of the time unless the flat does not have any built in. The question is , does all contractor willinh to do refacing or only some specialised capenter doing it. My feel is contractor may want to earn more by suggesting that you tear down old built in and construct new one.

Anyone have experience doing refacing of kitchen cabinets and wardrobe? Understand that it will be cheaper to replace the doors and exterior of the laminates than to reconstruct the whole set provided the interior of the cabinets are still good. Pls share your experience or quotes. Thank you.
