We got it at around $1,900, with the bedframe, pillow and matress protector included... We tried the bed at the fair, and my other half liked it a lot, so we got it We now also will hunt for other furnitures...but still got some time..as still dunno when the keys will come hehehe..

I actually got a Simmons mattress too queen size...from expo...the one last month... not sure wat my model is..Special Edition.. comes with bed frame and pillow and protectors too.. hope it is gd

Hi, Yup, I postponed my appt...coz that time my cpf money still in investment need to take out first..originally was supposed to be mid-august i think My queue number was actually quite low..but postponed it lor Now only waiting for the keys to come and then can renovate and move in liao keke Yup I guess it is true...haha... just that the HDB Officer say the SERS will have priority...oh well...hope do not wait too long...as hope to move in ASAP kekeke

Just went to HDB to sign my agreement a few days ago on Monday.. Asked them when can get the keys...they say not sure...Hmm...it seems that balloting wont get so soon...hope to get it soon keke...

Contractors are like dat one....to them, they just want business...that is why they cannot really be trusted one...they can say and do a lot of things one... to just get business...thats why its impt to be careful and to choose a reliable one...even after choosing, still have to check on them everyday one....haiz..thats why renovation so troublesome oso... icic, hehe, maybe I can consider this idea too..sounds good...have to actually measure and see the dining tables too keke

They gave $9k plus for my 4-room flat...but think will look around more, as firstly, this company is quite new, so not sure if safe or not, and also its not under RADAC etc.. Hopefully can find a good and reliable one and also one that can click of coz
