hi eggarette you may wanna try this ID who did up my house cheap and good and within my time frame. prices competitive and nice design concepts from him. When my wife and I met up with him, we were impressed with his on-the-spot sketches and space planning. His patient approach and his wide range of ideas easily answered our questions and queries. After our discussion, we were telling ourselves that if his quotation is reasonable, HE shall be the guy to do up our house. True enough, the next day he emailed us the quote and we got our wishes came true. Designer style and stuff with contractors pricing. During the reno process, he was always at our house supervising the workers and making sure that works were carried out diligently.. Im the sort of person who has an eye for sore things. And I expected lots of works and finishings to be corrected and touched up. But he was always a step in front of me. In the end, I would say he really made my life easy and surprised us with the quality finish and workmanship. Looking back, My wife and I really got a gem and we are lucky to engage this ID for our dream home. You can try contacting him as I believe he can definitely come up something special for your home. ( P.s. depending on your quotation, he can give discounts too. LOL. )

Just read your post. I had my condo unit done up with an outdoor trellis as well. Works included hacking and re-tiling of my Living, Kitchen, Bathrooms and patio. Engaged an ID from Spazio Interior Elements named Vic. Professional and Splendid guy who amazed me with his on-the-spot sketches and space planning skills. Reasonable quote ( designer's touch with contractor's price- he always mentions this to us whenever we met him ) Handed over with few days to spare for final cleaning before we moved in Overall i would rate 7 or 8 upon 10 PM me for his contact if you would like to consider his services. PS.. Im not advertising for him. just recommending. ( promised him that i will recommend and intro my friends to him. haha )

you may wanna try spazio interior elements. i had my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living and patio done up by them. overall, completed my place within my given time frame with days to spare for my cleaning. The Creative Director, Vic impressed me with his on-the-spot sketches and recommendations. Overall costing i would say.. friendly and reasonable.
