Definitely sign that the property market is coming down. How many 8k cap couple can afford $500k flat? Hold on to your purchase if you are getting one. The market will definitely see much lower price next year. Just sharing my experience.

ask the buyer for the option fee...even if the chq bounched, u r entitled to the option fee. it seem the buyers are not sincere in buying. from the seller pt of view, it very frustrating it keep draging...get your option fee..and market it again once the option lapse. gd luck

Poor man on tight budget here. Need help on the following: 1) Convert squating toilet to siting one 2) Painting of room flat 3) Change of 3 simple doors 4) Fitting of aircon for 3 room flats. About how much will each of the above cost? Any reliable contractors to recommend? New member here. Hope you all can assist newbie. Inititally want use poorman but scare I remained poor in my life.
