  1. Hi all, We have shortlisted two HDB resale D&B units both in the same cluster, 5 min walk to MRT. Both units doesn't have any windows facing corridor. 1) #02, end corner, door-to-door, 105sqm, all room windows face NE, full length windows for master bedroom and living, windows not facing main road but face inside, not near to rubbish chute, tenanted,original condition, need to fully redo whole house including flooring. 2) #11, intermediate corner, no other unit directly opposite, 101sqm, NS facing, full height windows for master bedroom and living, not facing main road but face inside, partially unblocked, simple renovations and well kept, need to redo toilets, kitchen cabinets, aircon etc. Both units selling under market price.11th floor unit is priced around 20-25 k more than 2nd floor one. Could anyone give suggestions on which unit to choose? Thanks

Hi all, My friend,a PR couple looking to buy 3ng flat near mrt hougangor serangoon.How old are 3 rooms in these area?Is it wise to buy 20+ old flats?Are there younger 3 rooms?Since 4 room price is too high it wnt fit in their budget.How much should be their budget for a 3ng?Will they have problems in selling 3 room flat after some years?Apart from lift upgradation is there any other concern for PR?Please advise Thanks in advance

  5. If the unit is on a very high floor,unblocked and well renovated, 35k is not that high even if its a 4 room 90 sqm unit.And u say its almost like new too.Then u can consider buying it.But try to negotiate the COV.
  6. Hi all, Thanks for the suggestions.My flat has laminated flooring for the entire house except kitchen and toilets. I feel its difficult to maintain.U have to care so much for water and scratches.Anyways if u want the flooring to last for long u have no other option.

  9. Hi, We have bought a resale flat and the keys will be handed over towards the middle of this month. When we asked the agent about the final inspection he says it will be done just 2-3 days before the keys are handed over.We never had an agent .This is the sellers agent who was doing the paper work for us. He said its the usual procedure to do the inspection at the last .Can anyone advise on this?Is this is the normal procedure? Thanks a lot

Some high floor,some mid but renovated and young too.But valuation itself 240+ and cash part again 30 or 30+.She and hubby searching since last 2 months didnt find a suitable one. If the prices are not coming down not so fast ,i think we need to buy.We cant wait so long.. Total 260 budget can be fitted .But cash 30 too much.How abt midfloor if we consider?

Hello all, Planning to buy 4 room resale HDB flat.First time buyer.Area preferred is hougang.Want renovated unit on a high floor ,unblocked and less than atleast 10 yrs old.How much should be total budget and how much cash over valuation required for such units? Also confused over models 4A,4A1,4A2,4NG,4S,4I. Are property prices coming down?Friend circles say it wil come down soon by september. Seriously want to purchase. Please advise. Thanks in advance
