Hi, A lot of work will be involve if you wish to change toilet bowl. Give u an example, u need to hack the floor tiles, re-laid and run the piping, re-do the waterproofing (as the existing waterproofing already damaged during hacking of tiles,). and it is impossible to be done as you need to hack the RC structural slab to lay the new piping. Alternatively, u top up your toilet floor to lay the new piping, but it will reduce ceiling height. But this will raise another issue, where waterproofing works to be done really professionally or water leakage happen.

Hi dear, It is normal for wet area to have a gradient flooring to allow water flow. But for area like dining, living, bedroom the floor shall be no gradient. Kerb only provide between different of two room, like Toilet and kitchen, and no slope is allow, only a drop of 100mm is allowed (cooncrete drop is depend on engineer design) For different tiles of an area, usually a stainless steel strip (divider) will be laid in between.

Hi dear, This happened when the tiler never do the job properly. I am sure they never use leveler when laying tiles. This caused the floor totally have gradient along the way. (can put a table on any area and i am sure the table will 'show' u how uneven the floor are

AMSL (Above mean sea level) of the building can obtain from surveyor, called topographical survey plan.

Hi dear, Based on PUB requirement, usually water supply depend on the AMSL of the building. For example as below:- - Not exceeding 25 metres direct supply to fittings from PUB mains. - Above 25 metres but not Indirect supply through exceeding 37 metres high level water storage tank. - Above 37 metres Indirect supply through low level water storage tank with pumping to high level water storage tank. Usually water pressure for high level will be more than enough as the water supply is from roof top.

U can do false ceiling to any wet area u want. Wet area refer to bathroom, balcony or wet kitchen. But make sure is calcium silicate ceiling board, not gypsum ceiling board. Gypsum board for common area used (Dry area) while calcium silicate for wet area.
