Hi Skymill, I'm in the mid of my 4R BTO renovation. If you are for budget Reno ID, then you should look for median size Reno company. I have gone thru' various ID, those famous one will cost more with the same work you want them to do. The current ID I engaged is very patient & listen to detail. I did various modification to my reno work but he did not add cost. I even choose a kitchen sink that cost more than his budget price,(>$200) but he accepted it eventually. He will help to you co-ordinate all the works including collect deliver items, you just need to inspect the progress work in the evening & feedback any change to him. I find that he is experience, reasonable and good. So just want to share with those who are in tough Renovation headache. Hoping it can help you get over it soon.
