Hi all, May I know anyone of you doing the shower kerb for both bathrooms? My ID told me HDB has done up the slight kerb for our bathrooms so not necessary. But was wondering the current kerb may not be high enough Hi Zila, I'm not doing kitchen door. Whether is it necessary depends on how often you cook. If you got any budget constraint, you may just get a strong chimney hood which is good enough as advise by my ID. Ya I did the box up for MBR as I will be placing my bed there. If you don't mind a hole behind your bedhead, can just do without Am interested to know the kerb too. Anyone can advise??

How to determine which sectors in the house? 6) Eight Mansion - 3 basic rules = Main door, kitchen location and stove facing, master bedroom door must be in auspicious best directions according to East or West person good directions. How to determine the kitchen location? How about master bedroom door facing? Is it the same measurement as Main door?

Based on my understanding in FS, there is no issue with sink placement. Most important is the stove for kitchen. - cannot face window - cannot face toilet - cannot face kitchen entrance - cannot face sink - cannot too close to sink

But it will be very cramped and after constructing a wall will still need a distance away from the wall right?

Actually I find their quote quite reasonable. I may have included alot but all are very small carpentary like less than 3-4ft each. Just selected my tiles with them and will be doing laminates for all bedrooms.

Those normal package with move-in condition included lor. Added in feature wall, shoe cabinet, tv console, built-in wardrobe, kitchen top and bottom cabinets, false ceilings and study table lor.
