Hi YangGuo Guess we are in the same block. So where do you place your stove? Anyone of you out there have engage a FS master? Can advise where do you guys place your stove? Stove not advisable to place directly opposite window but if not directly, will be too near our fridge.

I've just confirmed my ID too ID told me that I need to go apply for cement screed and guess can only start reno after 3 weeks

Me too planning to get LG washer cum dryer. Actually heard many commented washer cum dryer will not last. But I have no choice as my kitchen is so dark with no sun shinning in, no wind, totally blocked !! So far Harvey Norman the cheapest after comparing to Best and Audio house

here's my floorplan. Fridge will be directly facing the toilet door. Planning to place stove just beside the fridge facing the toilet wall. Is it ok if I choose option 3 (facing 1/2 window opposite)?

Hi Mr Chong, Understand that stove is not suitable to place directly opposite window. However, due to my small kitchen layout, I have no choice but to place it near the fridge which is just 1ft away in-between. Is it ok? I have only 3 options to place it now: 1) Facing directly opposite full window 2) Beside fridge which is only 1ft away 3) Further away from fridge but face 1/2 window opposite Really hope if you could advise on this. Understand that sleeping position is very important but wat about sitting position? Based on my Gua number, I am a WEST person. So does it mean i must sleep in a position of my head pointing the WEST? How about sitting position? Is sitting position referring to sofa position too?

hmm.. im the kiasu type. juz report everything dat catch my attention. - both side of the gate as well as the side door --> cannot open after pushing up the lock. - door chip and scratches - windows dented, rubber goes off, scratches, loose handles, cannot open... Not sure am I the only one encountered such problems. Did anyone of you check the wall tiles and floor tiles??? So far anyone encounter hollow tiles?

yup, email officer-in-charged Remember to chk for defects as I found 29 defects. Most defects on windows, main gate as well as doors.

ehh... that time I called the officer-in-charged but couldnt get thru so email instead. The very next day was informed of the collection key date Have not confirm which ID yet. Still cannot decide as of now. Any lobang??? Btw, I did not ask HDB to do up floor screening. Will leave it to ID to settle for me
