i only hack 2rooms to become 1. But i also hack away the study room to become dining area. So ya, mayb consider hacking 2 rooms? MY EA only left with 2rooms. Haha. And my in-laws is taking the other. My hubby and me just ROM last yr. Not yet customery. So no kids yet. And I just hate the "what if" situation ppl says. Like, "what if u got kids need room?" I always tell them. got liao then say lo. Its my house. I must be happy thats the most impt!

u've got a very big living room, and the wall itself its already quite long. Mayb u can ask ur ID to design something more special to ur TV feature wall?.. Its an advatange to haf a long wall for it. Gd luck in your reno!

If I am not wrong, sometimes its a design of the architecture. Cos when u see from top. it maybe look like Eg. Flower? or a circle or something. If u haf the Sector A WIS booklet. Take a look at Sembawang blk 400+. They got this layout too..

yup agree with apple. Its too fast to pay now. And infact till now when my carpentries are almost done i only pay 75% of the reno amount. He keeps asking for chq but my hubby and I are kinda pissed off with all the delays. Since he delays us. We'll delay his payment. And I guess you might wanna pay him on the day the carpentries starts? At least you feel safer.

Surprisingly, my unit is a 1st hand directly from HDB. and yes, the reno is taking **** long. Carpentries up. But I still haf parts of ceilings not completed due to lightings/carpentries, they dmg the ceiling so haf to fixed that. after that paint again. And my doors are not up yet! My reno progress wasnt that smooth due to a lot of unforseen circumtances happening. U've got very nice sofa!

OMG~~ Nice!! I always wanted 2 sinks!! I VERY VERY MUCH LOVE TO HAVE IT.. Its like a "His" & "Hers" thingy.... But HDB flats toilets are way too small to accomdate the idea... So you and ur husband will be using your very own sink?

Hi~~ very nice tile works you've got! U rushing to move in before CNY too? Me too.. Now everyday very stress~ Suppose to handover on the 15th.. but now cannot make on time anymore. Change to 19th. Mother-in-law want us to move in on the 22nd.. Hopefully, by then everything will be done. So maybe you gotta stress ur ID more. Else really not much time left.. Anyway, Looking forward to ur carpentry pictures!
